[Resolved] Incident: Product Documentation Search Issue

The issue is resolved. Search results to product documentation should properly redirect to the Revenera Documentation site.

We are currently investigating an issue where documentation search results from the Revenera Community may direct users to an error page.

Please note that this issue only affects documentation search. Product documentation remains accessible through direct links and normal navigation.
