To improve the customer experience, we plan to introduce an automated export compliance workflow for Software Delivery on October 6, 2026 (subject to testing and validation).

This enhancement replaces a manual, time-consuming process with a streamlined, automated experience designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility throughout the export compliance process.

What to Expect

While export compliance requirements are not changing, customers can expect:

• Automated export compliance notifications when a case is triggered
• Electronic signature requests through Adobe Acrobat Sign
• Automated notifications and confirmations throughout the process
• Improved tracking and communication during export compliance reviews

The FlexNet Operations Cloud 2026.09 release includes the following enhancements:

Dynamic Monetization: Modernized Producer and End User Portals

Customers licensed for the Dynamic Monetization module can now take advantage of redesigned Producer Portal and End User Portal experiences. The new interfaces streamline common workflows, making it easier for Producers to manage rate tables and instances, while providing End-Users with a simpler experience for viewing token entitlements and their usage.

Device Management Usability Improvements

We've introduced usability enhancements to device management workflows. Updates include a clearer and more intuitive label for the Device Unique ID field, as well as safeguards during device creation to help prevent accidental account selection.
