FlexNet Operations 2026.10 is now in the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM Production (EU) environments.

As a precaution, we are postponing the FlexNet Operations ALM (EU) Production 2026.10 release that was scheduled for tomorrow. This decision was made to prevent a potential issue from impacting customers. An updated release date will be communicated once confirmed.

FlexNet Operations 2026.10 is now in the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM/LLM (NAM) Production environments. FlexNet Operations 2026.10 is expected to be available in the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (EU) Production environment tomorrow, October 7th.

Please note the FlexNet Operations Cloud 2026.10 production release for FlexNet Operations LLM has been moved up and is now scheduled for October 6, 2026.

FlexNet Operations Cloud 2026.10 is available in all FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM UAT and PCS environments. A fix for the known issue has been also been deployed to all UAT/PCS environments.

These are the highlights and key dates for the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM/LLM 2026.10 release.

• Known Issue: The 2026.10 release currently includes a known issue affecting capability response generation in FlexNet Operations ALM and LLM, which impacts device activation and cloud/local license server provisioning in respective UAT environments. A fix is scheduled for deployment on September 23, 2026.

The FlexNet Operations Cloud 2026.10 release includes new features and enhancements:

Customer-Facing Analytics and Reporting in the End-User Portal

End users can now access analytics and reporting directly within the End-User Portal, providing greater visibility into entitlements, license consumption, device deployments, license server usage, and software downloads. With self-service access to dashboards and reports, organizations can make more informed software asset management decisions, monitor capacity and usage trends, and proactively plan renewals without relying on manually generated reports.

Additional Enhancements

• Enhanced entitlement search capabilities now allow administrators to locate entitlements using associated product part numbers, making it easier to find entitlements and activation IDs without first identifying the parent SKU.
• The Device Details page now displays the entitlement line item state (such as Active or Inactive) alongside expiration status, providing greater visibility into license validity during audits, entitlement management, and troubleshooting.
• Improved visibility of product-to-part number mappings within entitlement line items allows administrators to view associated product SKUs directly in a single view, simplifying order verification, entitlement tracking, and audit activities.
