  2. Revenera Assistant – Support Chatbot Transition to Production

    The Revenera Assistant Chatbot, introduced as a beta experience in December 2025, is now production ready and will officially transition out of beta on May 20, 2026.

    Based on customer feedback and ongoing improvements made during the beta period, the chatbot now offers a more reliable and consistent support experience. The beta label will be removed, with no downtime or action required.

    The Revenera Assistant will continue providing 24/7 help with common questions and support resources, and our teams will keep refining responses over time.

    If you haven't tried this yet, look for the Revenera Assistant icon in the bottom‑right corner of Community pages to get started. For feedback or issues, please contact your Revenera representative.

    We look forward to offering an enhanced support experience and continuing to evolve the Revenera Assistant based on your needs.

  3. [Resolved] Incident: Product Knowledge Base Inaccessible

    Update:

    This incident has been resolved and access to the product knowledge base pages has been restored.

    We are currently experiencing an issue preventing access to the knowledge base through the product pages or search. Note this does not affect direct or bookmarked links to an article. Users with continue to be able to access articles via direct links.

  4. Scheduled Maintenance affecting Revenera Community Emails (March 21st)

    We will be performing system maintenance on March 21st starting at 3PM CDT.

    During this maintenance window, Revenera Community emails related to the following features will be affected:

    • Support case responses
    • Community user registration/password reset
    • Forum and blog post notifications

    All other community functionalities will remain operational.

  5. [RESOLVED] Incident: Unable to access Learning Center

    Update (February 4, 2026 at 4:46 PM PST)

    The incident has been resolved and access to Revenera Learning Center has been restored. If you continue to observe issues, please submit a support ticket.

    We are currently experiencing issues with accessing the Learning Center. Some users have reported SSO-related errors when attempting to log into the Learning Center. We have escalated the issue and our IT team is working with our service provider to restore access. We appreciate your patience and we will share updates as we have them.

  6. Happy Holidays from Revenera Support!

    Please note that response times may be slower during the holiday season, especially on December 25 and January 1.

    You will continue to have 24/7 access to the community, chatbot, knowledge base, and existing forum threads for quick answers. For urgent issues, please use your usual support channels.

    Normal support operations will resume on December 26 and January 2, respectively.

    As this is a beta release, you may notice areas where the chatbot is still learning and improving. Our teams are actively incorporating feedback and will continue refining the experience over the coming weeks. Your input will play a key role in shaping its evolution.
