After running an Adobe Creative Cloud aggregation, the process completes successfully, but no Adobe data appears in Snow License Manager.
This issue can occur when the aggregation detects subscription plans that are not yet recognized in your Software Recognition Service (SRS) catalog.
Symptoms
- The Adobe aggregation completes without error.
- No Adobe data appears in SLM after the aggregation.
- The following warning messages appear in the log file:
C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Logs\AdobeCC
Example log entries:
2025-05-19 12:35:56.107 [WRN] (SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.AdobeCC.ImportService.ImportHandler)
Missing subscription plan detected, please run SRS Sync.
If that does not help, please contact support.
User has unrecognized subscription plan.
AccountSKU: Acrobat Pro (VIPMP), UserEmail: test@flexera.com
These warnings indicate that some Adobe SKUs (for example, Acrobat Pro (VIPMP) or Illustrator – Pro Edition (VIPMP)) are not yet mapped to known subscription plans in your SRS catalog.
To resolve this issue:
- Run an offline SRS synchronization
- Open the Snow Update Service (SUS).
- Run a manual SRS sync to ensure the latest Adobe product definitions are available.
- Re-run the Adobe aggregation
- After the SRS sync completes, manually run the Adobe aggregation again.
- Verify the data in Snow License Manager
- Confirm that Adobe users and subscription data now appear in Snow License Manager.
