"Could not retrieve dashboard" error in IT Visibility

Title

If you see the following error message, it typically means your organization has not yet been fully onboarded to Flexera IT Visibility (ITV).

"Could not retrieve dashboard. This organization does not have a matching data product."

Solution

To resolve this issue:

Log a support case with Flexera.
Include the following details:
- Your Organization ID (Org ID)
- Your Support region: NAM, EMEA, or APAC
The Flexera Support team will coordinate with Engineering to complete the onboarding process for your account.
