The Revenera Assistant Support Chatbot is an AI-driven virtual assistant designed to provide rapid access to technical information, troubleshooting guidance, documentation, and self-service support resources.
How do I access the Revenera Assistant?
You can initiate a conversation with the Revenera Assistant by clicking the chatbot icon located at the bottom-right corner of the Revenera Community pages and Support Hub. Clicking the icon will launch the Revenera Assistant window where you can enter your question or select one of the supplied prompts.
Do I need a login to use the Revenera Assistant?
Basic features, such as general inquiries and documentation search, are available without logging into the community. Logging in enables access to personalized support, including case creation.
Is the Revenera Assistant available 24/7?
The Revenera Assistant is available around the clock and can assist you instantly at any time.
What happens if the Revenera Assistant cannot answer my question?
The Revenera Assistant is constantly training to provide the most accurate and informative responses. If it is unable to provide a suitable response or fully address your issue, it will automatically guide you through alternative support options, including:
- Offering the ability to connect with a support engineer during support hours, and
- Assisting you with creating a detailed support ticket for further investigation
Does the Revenera Assistant support multiple languages?
The Revenera Assistant is only available in English at this time. Additional language support may be considered as a future enhancement.
Will I still be able to contact a Revenera Support Engineer?
Absolutely, if your query requires deeper investigation or is complex in nature, the Revenera Assistant will guide
you to create a support case or connect you with a Revenera Support Engineer during active support hours.
