After that, type your question or discussion topic and click "Ask" to post it. You can also go to the specific product forum for more focused discussions. Be sure to add tags to make it easier for others to find your post.
5. How can I find answers to my questions? Use the search bar at the top of the community homepage to find articles, posts, or discussions. You can also filter the results by product, category, or topic to find what you need more easily.
6. How do I get help for my product? Go to the "Find My Product" menu and select your product, like Flexera One or Snow Atlas. From there, you can join forums, read blog posts, and access knowledge base articles to get help.
7. How do I get support from Flexera? If you’re a customer or partner, visit the support hub to access self-help options like checking the Flexera Status page or downloading products. You can also open new support cases or view your existing ones.
8. Where are my points and badges? We’re currently migrating reputation points from the old community sites, and these will be added later this year. In the meantime, you can earn new badges by participating in discussions, answering questions, and contributing useful content. Your contributions help the community grow, and badges are a way to recognize your expertise.
9. What if a link I used before isn't working? We’ve set up redirects for many popular links from the old Flexera and Snow Globe Communities, but not all links are redirected. If you can't find what you’re looking for, try using our federated search tool.
10. What should I do if I can't find an answer? If you can't find an answer, try posting your question in the relevant product forum. The community team and other users are usually quick to respond. For urgent issues, you can contact Flexera Support directly.
11. How do I update my profile or notification settings? Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Settings" to update your profile information, change notification settings, or update your password.
12. How do I report inappropriate content? If you see inappropriate content, click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner of the post, then select "Flag." Our moderators will review it and take action to keep the community safe.
