Learn how to view all support cases submitted by users within your organization in the Flexera Community Case Portal.
To see all support tickets submitted by your organization:
- Navigate to the Case Portal in the Flexera Community.
- In the filter options, check the box labeled All Company Cases.
This will display all cases submitted by users in your organization, not just the ones you personally submitted.
