Snow Atlas GUI performance issues can arise due to various factors such as network speed, the size of the environment, and other elements. When troubleshooting these issues, Support requests that you provide the the details below.
- Document your steps: Provide the exact steps you are performing. If possible, include a short video to help with further review and to attempt to recreate the issue.
- User confirmation: Confirm if other users are affected when performing the same actions on the Snow Atlas tenant.
- Clear browser cache: Clear the browser cache to prevent any old cached data from causing issues.
- Test on alternative network: Test on an alternative network such as mobile data sharing, mobile hotspot, or other network. Network setup can cause delays or blocks when sending HTTP requests.
- Provide HAR capture: Provide a HAR capture at the time of the issue to show the network connection and requests being made back and forth from the Snow Atlas tenant.
