Step 1: Check the user’s role in Flexera One

1. Navigate to Administration > User management in Flexera One.
2. Locate the user whose admin access you want to remove.

Step 2: Remove the Manage organization role

1. In the user’s role settings, remove the Manage organization role.
• This role grants full admin access across Flexera One.
2. Save the changes.

Step 3: Remove the administrator role in ITAM

1. Go to Administration > IT asset accounts.
2. Remove the Administrator role from the user.
• This will now be possible since the Manage organization role has been removed.

The Manage organization role overrides ITAM role restrictions. Ensure it is removed first. Changes may take a few minutes to propagate across the system.
