There are three options available for deleting multiple users at a time in Snow License Manager (SLM):

Option 1 - Manually select multiple or all users

1. Open the SLM Web Gui and browse to Users > All users.
2. Enable the checkbox for each user you will delete. The checkbox in column header selects all users. Click the Expand icon   to show the full list.
3. Select the ellipsis icon on the top right and choose Edit users. 
4. Click Delete and then OK. 

Requested users are deleted. 

Option 2 - When users already have been a unique custom field value

1. Open the SLM Web Gui and browse to Users > All users.
2. Click the column selector and add in the custom field assigned to users you want to delete.  
3. Filter so only the rows with the added custom field are showing in the table.
4. Click the Expand icon   to show the full list, confirm it is correct.
5. Enable the checkbox in the column header to select all users.
6. Select the ellipsis icon on the top right and choose Edit users. 
7. Click Delete and then OK. 

Requested users are deleted. 

Option 3 - Adding a custom field and deleting the users 

1. Open the SLM Web Gui and browse to Home..
2. Select Administration and then Custom fields. 
3. Click  Add custom fields.
4. Add a name such as userstodelete.
5. Select Category User and click Save. 
6. Click Users.
7. Click the Expand icon   to show the full list, confirm it is correct.
8. Enable the checkbox in the column header to select all users.
9. Select the ellipsis icon on the top right and choose Export. 
10. Open the exported file in excel and add a column with the exact name used in the custom field e.g userstodelete.
11. In the new column, add a value to the users you wish to remove such as deleteme and save the file.
12. Open Snow License Manager Web GUI and browse to Home > Import data.
13. Select Update existing users and follow the on screen guidance.
14. Once the import is completed select Users and then List all users.  
15. Click the column selector. 
16. Add the custom field value added prior, and then filter for the deleteme value.
17. Click the Expand icon   to show the full list, confirm it is correct.
18. Select the ellipsis icon on the top right and choose Edit users. 
19. Click Delete and then OK. 

Requested users are deleted.
