Snow License Manager
Issue
The compliance position for an application can change. Here's some examples when this could happen following:
- the registration of new license purchases
- the addition of downgrade or cross-edition rights to a license
- the conversion of metrics.
Solution
To determine the effect of changes to compliance, you need to manually recalculate compliance.
To do this:
- On the menu in the upper right corner, select Recalculate compliance.
- Refresh the web-browser page.
To identify when the Recalculate Compliance was started and to check the Completion time or if review whether there are any errors, review the logs in:
C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Logs\LicensingService
If you notice any errors from the logs please contact Flexera Support for further assistance.
