This section explains how to download both out-of-the-box and custom reports, as well as how to manage exported files using the Download Manager.

Users can export reports either as:

• Visual representations (for presentation purposes), or
• Raw data (for deeper analysis)

The system also allows flexibility to download the entire report or only a specific panel, depending on the need.

Steps to Download Reports

#1: Select the Report

1. Open the required report (standard or custom).
2. Choose whether to download the full report or a specific panel.

#2: Choose Export Format

Depending on your requirement, select one of the following formats:

PDF

• Used for visual layout export and table data export.
• Exports data similar to CSV but in PDF format, especially for tables.

PNG

• Used for exporting visuals exactly as displayed.
• Works like a screenshot of the current view (may include scrollbars or partial data).

CSV

• Exports raw, non-aggregated data behind the visualizations.
• Recommended for downloading large datasets.
• For summarized data, use CSV Summary export.

Excel (XLSX)

• Similar to CSV but in Excel format.

NOTE: Limited to 1 million rows.

#3: Download and Manage Files

1. Initiate the export.
2. Access and manage the downloaded files using the Download Manager.

Reports With Visualizations (Charts)

If the report has visualizations (charts) on it, the download options would be PDF and PNG.

Reports With Tabular Data (Spreadsheets)

If a report has tabular data (spreadsheets), the enabled options for download would only be CSV and Excel.
