Oracle Verified data is listed as incomplete for the following reason(s):

• There was no entry for a estate item within virtualization topology raw data, but the agent and scanners successfully reported this estate, or vice-versa

Explanation 

Estate is not in topology.
 

Troubleshooting

1. First verify that the latest version of the Snow Agent and scanner have been deployed on this computer. If not, run the upgrades and if the issue persists, continue troubleshooting. 
2. Verify that the SIM connectors that bring over server virtualization topology are running correctly.
3. Verify that the SIM log does not have any errors. (See below for log locations)
4. If you have not remedied the issue, please open a new case with Snow Support, providing the following information and observations you've collected during this troubleshooting:
   • All relevant software versions (Snow License Manager, Snow Inventory, SIM.)
   • The latest SIM, OMO, OVS and Virtualization logs with logging set to verbose for the SIM log.
   • A snowpack that also includes the data from SIOMS, SIJS, and SIOHWS scanners.
5. A screenshot of the Information tab for the computer to show the value displayed for Host computer name.
