SCIM‑based SSO (System for Cross‑Domain Identity Management) can be integrated with FlexNet Operations to simplify and automate user provisioning and authentication.

User Synchronization

To enable user synchronization between your Identity Provider (IdP) and FlexNet Operations, specific configurations and access permissions are required. This feature is disabled by default and must be enabled by contacting Revenera Support.

Supported IdPs

FlexNet Operations supports any IdP compliant with SCIM 2.0 or later, such as Okta and Microsoft Entra, and Salesforce.

Configuration Requirements

The following endpoints must be configured in your IdP for secure integration:

https://<your-site-id>-fno.flexnetoperations.com/scim/v2  
https://<your-site-id>.flexnetoperations.com/scim/v2

Replace <your-site-id> with the site ID provided by Revenera.

User Management Enhancements

From the 2025.06 release, automated user provisioning is supported, enabling seamless synchronization of user accounts from the IdP to FlexNet Operations.

Monitoring and Logs

User synchronization activity can be tracked via the User Synchronization Logs page, which provides details of failed attempts for troubleshooting.
