The Snow Microsoft 365 connector shows anonymous user activity instead of actual user activity

Title

Starting September 1st, 2021, Microsoft made all user-level information in Microsoft 365 usage analytics anonymous by default. As a result, customers will not be able to view user activities after September 1st 2021 in Snow.

How to correct:

Change the account settings in the Microsoft 365 Admin center to show identifiable user information in reports. Instructions on how to do this are detailed in this article from Microsoft. Only Microsoft 365 tenant administrators have privileges to make this change.

Aggregate the connector manually again or check the activities after a scheduled aggregation. See instructions on scheduling a connector aggregation here:
