You’re experiencing non-compliance issues with terminal services applications in Snow License Manager. Despite applying secondary use rights, the issue persists.

1. Update license settings for the main application:
• Go to the main application. In this example, Crestron Toolbox 2.
• Enable secondary use rights.

2. Update license settings for the secondary application:
• After saving the license settings in the main application, navigate to the secondary application in this example TS-Crestron Toolbox 2
• Verify the settings in the Metrics as shown in the image below, then find the application at the bottom of the page.

• Select the application and tick the checkbox to enable secondary use rights.

3. Recalculate compliance:
• After saving the changes, recalculate compliance and refresh the page. You should now see the compliance status updated.
