When trying to install the agent on Windows the error below is seen. Just like error 1612 in Event Viewer.

Even using an old version or trying to use any new version to install, it cannot be completed.
Removal via local user may be resolved or using Microsoft troubleshooter
When a product is uninstalled, Windows Installer will first try to perform the uninstall using the MSI file cached to C:\Windows\Installer. If the MSI file does not exist in C:\Windows\Installer, it will fall back to the original path used to perform the install.
The path to the cached installer is read by Windows Installer from the registry value LocalPackage of key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\<Compressed-Package-GUID>\InstallProperties.
The path to the original source folder is read from the registry value InstallSource of the same registry key.
