When you sign in to the SPE environment, some tenants may have missing Valid from, Valid to, and Agreed units data on the Administrator page. These fields show the validity period and agreed units for each tenant's license agreement. This issue can occur when a tenant has multiple active agreements in Snow License Manager 9.22.0 and later.
- Sign in to Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC).
- Click Customers in the left-hand panel.
- Select the affected tenant or customer and review all its agreements.
- Ensure that only one agreement is set to Active.
NOTE: Only one agreement per tenant or customer should be active at a time. If other agreements are also active, set them to Inactive.
