Why existing users receive new verification emails

Title

When you add a user to a Flexera organization, Flexera sends a verification email to confirm their email address. This happens even if the user already exists in another organization.

Verification email behavior

Each time you add a user to a new organization in the console, the user receives a separate verification email.

For example, if a user is added to three different organizations, they get three verification emails—one for each organization they join. This ensures that their email address is confirmed across all organizations they access.
