This article will explain how to configure email template in FlexNet Operations On-Premises.
Discussion
A user must be assigned a role with the View and Manage Configuration permission to modify configuration settings for email templates through the administrative Console.
Please follow this steps to configure email template :
- Click on Administer operations, then system configuration.
- Click email template settings to open the configuration page for email template.
- View or change the values of the following settings.
- Default email templates are located in the ops
ops_install_dir/site/webapps/flexnet/templatesdirectory. Customized email templates are located in the<ops_install_dir/custom/webapps/flexnet/templatesdirectory, whose path mimics the default templates path.
