Introduction

Revenera periodically updates the certificates used to secure and maintain the communication between FlexNet Operations Cloud and your integrations.

For some FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (NAM) and LLM instances with single sign-on/SAML integrations, the Mellon files will need to be updated with a new wildcard SSL certificate.

Note: This only applies to FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (NAM) and LLM instances that rely on the wildcard certificate for signing. No further action is required by FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (NAM) and LLM instances without SSO/SAML integrations.

Wildcard Certificate Update

Producers are responsible for informing their system administrators of upcoming certificate changes and ensuring the installation and testing of the new certificate is done prior to the Production replacement schedule.

The wildcard certificate will be updated in the UAT and Production environments for FlexNet Operations Cloud (NAM) and LLM on the following dates:

• UAT Environment Replacement Schedule – October 22, 2024
• Production Environment Replacement Schedule – December 3, 2024

You can download the new wildcard certificate (see Files section). Testing in the UAT environment can commence on October 22, 2024.
