The Internet Explorer plugin of the CSI Server edition does not load with error: Invalid document locationSymptoms
After installing the browser plugin of the CSI Server edition the plugin does not load but presents the following error:Cause
The browser plugin is secured with a so called "Sitelock" which will prevent it from being loaded from any other website than the one stated in COOKIE_DOMAIN and CA_DOMAIN in the config.ini of the CSI Server installation.This locking mechanism is case sensitive.
Workaround
The only way to workaround this issue is to make sure that the COOKIE_DOMAIN and CA_DOMAIN are written in lower case as the Internet Explorer will automatically change an uppercase written address to lowercase.Was this helpful?
