Symptoms

When migrating an ISM project, the following error occurs:

Fatal error -6016: Could not copy the template

This error occurs because the project file (.ISM) file is marked as read-only.

To resolve this error, clear the ISM file's read-only attribute:

If you are upgrading the project through Visual Studio, try launching Visual Studio as an administrator to resolve this issue.
