Resolution
This error is caused by a requirement for the electronic update to complete before performing a scan. Please ensure that the electronic update has completed before attempting to perform a scan, further information on the electronic update is available in the 'Running and Electronic Update' chapter of the FlexNet Code Insight 6.12.1 Installation & System Administration Guide.Was this helpful?
