It is possible to change some of text that appears on the FlexNet Operations (FNO) portals.

The customization text is held in the following files:

• FLEXnetOperationsPortalText.properties / FLEXnetOperationsPortalText_en.properties
• FLEXnetOperationsText.properties / FLEXnetOperationsText_en.properties.

The 'live' version of these files can be found in the following directory:

<Operations_Install_Dir>\site\webapps\flexnet\WEB-INF\classes,

The custom versions would need to be placed in:

<Operations_Install_Dir>\custom\webapps\flexnet\WEB-INF\classes

To carry out any change:

1. First, find out if the required text can be found in these files. If it can, then copy the 'live' version into the custom directory structure (creating if necessary) defined above.
2. Edit the required text in the custom version.
3. Stop the FlexNet Operations server and execute the flexnet site make command.
4. Restart the FlexNet Operations server.
