The support.palamida.com website has now been discontinued following the acquisition of Palamida by Flexera. Please contact our Technical Support team if you are attempting to access any specific feature of the site.Please note that all product documentation is available from our Product and License Center using the following instructions:
- Log in to the Customer Community at https://flexeracommunity.force.com/customer/
- Click Downloads in the navigation menu
- Click the bottom 'Access above products' button to access FlexNet Code Insight
- The 'Your Downloads' section contains links to the product downloads for each product which you hold an entitlement for
- To view and obtain licenses
- Select 'List Licenses' from the 'License Management' menu
- Click the checkbox to the left of the required license
- Click 'Save to file' in the 'View' menu
