Build error -7253 during concurrent builds

Symptoms

When building a suite Project the following error may be seen during build time:

ISDEV : error -7253 Make sure the file is not currently in use by another program.

Cause

This error is known to be caused when the suite project contains a package which is prevented access based on any other process accessing the file.

Steps to Reproduce:

- Create more than one Suite project and include an identical .exe or .msi as a package.
- Build both of the Projects simultaneously.

Resolution

Suggested workaround is to ensure a multiple build environment does not access the same package during simultaneous builds. Use a build approach to avoid a timing issue accessing the parcel by more than one build process.
