Summary

The following warning occurs when you build a FlexNet Publisher toolkit with the /MD flag:

LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib 'LIBCMT' conflicts with use of other libs;use/NODEFAULTLIB:library

The new Windows library libpthread.lib, shipped with FlexNet Publisher, is linked with libcmt.lib. This link can cause conflicts in toolkit builds that are compiled with the /MD flag.

Revenera Engineering has a solution for this issue and will be implemented in FNP 11.19.2.0 .

NOTE: All other libraries shipped with FlexNet Publisher do not have a default library (that is, they have been been built with the /NODEFAULTLIB option).
