Question

Why does the number of devices show 13,033 when 38032 licenses are in use?

Answer

The device page only displays how many devices the license has been activated on or 13033.  The count of 13033 does not include the number of license that each device has activated.

For example, the below screenshot for activation id 8d66-f00f-d263-4067-a45e-bd15-66bb-60aa shows one device with 25000 licenses.

The number of license each device is using may only be obtained by selecting the device to see the full details.
