Resolution

This error is caused by an attempt to insert an incompatible string into the PSE_SCANNED_ITEMS database table. This issue is caused by non-UTF-8 characters being included in file names prior to scanning. As the FlexNet Code Insight database uses UTF-8 encoding, the database is not able to parse the filenames into a UTF-8 string. Please ensure all filenames conform to UTF-8 standards and attempt to scan the workspace again.
