The 'SQLException: Incorrect string value' error is caused by characters that are not in the standard UTF8 set of recognized characters. FlexNet Code Insight only supports the use of UTF8 character encoding therefore other characters such as emojis or non standard characters will not be supported. To resolve this issue, ensure all scanned items conform to characters accepted by UTF8 encoding and rescan your workspace
