To get them please follow theses steps:

Navigate to your Operations Manager home directory (default: C:\Program Files\OperationsManager)
Zip the whole logs folder -> omlogs.zip
Navigate to your ESI home directory (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\ESI)
Zip the whole logs folder -> esilogs.zip
Send us the two zip files
