Perforce connections cannot connect on non-standard ports

This article documents an issue with the Perforce connector in 2018 R3 which prevents connections on any port other than 1666.

Symptoms

When attempting to connect to perforce servers on ports other than 1666, the system fails to connect and will not pull any source code.

Resolution
