This Knowledge Base article will show how you can add a reboot prompt at the end of an MSI installation.
Discussion
A user can prompt to reboot the computer after install by setting the condition of the ScheduleReboot standard action. To do this, you can take a look at the following steps...
1.) Under Custom Actions and Sequences in the Execute Sequence should be a standard action named ScheduleReboot.
The default condition for the action is a Property ISSCHEDULEREBOOT.
2.) You can simply set the condition to 1 if you wish to reboot after every time the install runs. Or you can programmatically create InstallScript scenarios to change the property to true only in certain instances.

Or Condtionally:
