Summary

The pthreads library is used to provide locking and timeout functionality when FlexNet Publisher licensing API's are used in multi-threaded client applications.

When the client application is single-threaded then the "nomt" versions of the FlexNet Publisher libraries can be used to avoid linkage to the pthreads library.
