To return a Flexera license, please perform the following steps:

1. Log into the account at: https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com
2. In the left navigation under Entitlements, click the Product List link. The Product List page shows all the product lines for which the account is entitled.
   
   A. If the Product List page shows multiple products, click the InstallShield or InstallAnywhere link. The Product Information page opens.
   B. If a user does not have access to multiple products, clicking the Product List link opens the Product Information page directly.
   
3. Find the item to return.
4. Click the Licenses link associated with the item to be returned. The License Information page opens. It shows the licenses that have been generated for the selected license.
5. Find the license to return.
6. Click the "Return" button corresponding to that license.

After returning a license, a user can generate a new license file in the Product and License Center for a new machine. A user can also install the product and use the new license file on the new machine.
