Summary

Running build using Jenkins is failing with error code - 'exit -1073740791'

Symptoms

Building a project using jenkins fails with error '-1073740791',however manually login and build using command line work without any issue.

Cause

The error -1073740791' is due to permission issue on building installshield project using iscmdbld.exe through jenkins.

Resolution

   Please try to set the Cygwin Service permission to same as the user who has a permission to build the project using installshield iscmdbld.exe

Set Cygwin service to login as same as your manual login user where the build works
