Running Config.ps1 fails at "Rebuild Reports to set and configure details for API use" step, with DB concurrency violation error in ConfigureSystem.log

Summary

When the Config.ps1 script is run to configure a FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R2 application server, it may fail with output showing the following error message:

Mitigation

This issue can be avoided by installing the Hotfix 1 for FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R2 before running the Config.ps1 script. See the following post for details: Hotfix for FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R2.

Fix status

This issue has been fixed in the following release: 2023 R1 (On Premises).
