Unable to generate a Usage Summary report
An issue can occur in FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications versions 2021R1 SP2 and 2021R1 SP3.1 that causes you to be unable to generate a Usage Summary report from the command line with SSL Keystore. When this occurs, the report fails with the error: Invalid user. Please try again.
This issue only occurs with the SSL Keystore. When SSL is configured, the command encounters errors and fails to execute.
Bulk import fails with error
If you have SSL configured in your environment and attempt to run the bulk import command, you may encounter the following error: HTTPS hostname wrong: should be <127.0.0.1>. This issue occurs due to a mismatch in the SSL hostname configuration.

The attached hotfix corrects the above issues. Download the zip file and follow the install instructions in the ReadMe.txt file.
