Product News: FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 Release

We've resolved the issue on the Production (NAM2) environment and redeployed the FlexNet Operations ALM 2025.05 release to that environment.

Note: There was no impact to the other FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM Production environments.

An issue was identified in the FlexNet Operations ALM Production (NAM2) environment, resulting in the FlexNet Operations ALM 2025.05 release being reverted for that environment only.

FlexNet Operations 2025.05 is available in all FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (NAM/EU) and LLM Production environments.

FlexNet Operations 2025.05 is now in the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (NAM) Production environments. FlexNet Operations 2025.05 is expected to be available in the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (EU) and LLM Production environments tomorrow, May 14th.

FlexNet Operations 2025.05 is available in the FlexNet Operations LLM UAT and both FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM PCS environments.

These are the highlights and key dates for the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM/LLM 2025.05 release: 

FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 ALM 

• FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 ALM in UAT (April 29th - no outage required) 
• FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 ALM in PCS (April 30th - no outage required) 
• FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 ALM in Production NAM1-NAM7 (May 13th - no outage required) 
• FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 ALM in Production EU1-EU2 (May 14th - no outage required) 

The FlexNet Operations Cloud 2025.05 release contains the following enhancements:

• Device History page now lists users who triggered events
• New Device Template for bulk updating account information for devices
• Ability to limit activation of FlexNet Embedded node-locked licenses to servers and/or Standalone Devices
• CONTAINER_ID host ID for Docker containers
• Merge tags added to fulfillment on hold email template
• New SOAP webservice operation for zero mapping of activation IDs on Cloud License Servers
• Additional web service transactions are visible in the Producer Portal
• Ability to select individual line items to be included in the entitlement notification email
