To improve the customer experience, we plan to introduce an automated export compliance workflow for Software Delivery on October 6, 2026 (subject to testing and validation).
This enhancement replaces a manual, time-consuming process with a streamlined, automated experience designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility throughout the export compliance process.
What to Expect
While export compliance requirements are not changing, customers can expect:
- Automated export compliance notifications when a case is triggered
- Electronic signature requests through Adobe Acrobat Sign
- Automated notifications and confirmations throughout the process
- Improved tracking and communication during export compliance reviews
