After upgrading the Flexera Integration Scoped App in ServiceNow, you may notice that the Application Properties page does not display the correct version number. This can occur if the previous upgrade did not complete successfully.
- Retry the upgrade
- Attempt the upgrade again.
- If the process starts, the previous upgrade was not successful. If the upgrade shows as already installed, go to step two.
- After a successful retry, check the Plugins page and confirm the Flexera Integration app shows the latest version.
- If the upgrade shows as already installed
- If you cannot retry the upgrade because ServiceNow reports the latest version as already installed, run the following Fix Script:
- Script name:
FlexNetManagerSuite_Upgrade - Location: available under Flexera Integration.
- Once the fix script runs successfully, the Application Properties page will display the correct version of the Flexera Integration Scoped App.

- If you cannot retry the upgrade because ServiceNow reports the latest version as already installed, run the following Fix Script:
