In Snow Atlas, the application count can vary between users depending on their user settings.
If In computer and user details, show only applications that require a license is enabled, the number of applications displayed for a computer is restricted and will commonly be lower.
In the following example, the application count changes depending on whether this option is enabled.
Option enabled: 26 applications
Option disabled: 125 applications
To change this setting:
- Open Snow Atlas.
- Sign in to the account showing the incorrect application count.
- Select SAM Core.
- Select Home.
- Select User Settings.
- Unselect the option: In computer and user details, show only applications that require a license.
- Select Save.
If needed, also complete the following:
- Close all instances of Snow Atlas and reload the page or clear the cached version of the page to confirm that the browser is not displaying cached information.
- Confirm that the same permissions are configured for the users being compared.
