Explanation

In ComputerStatusOvsService method ProcessEbsCompletenessAsync the data tied to the database related to EBS is incomplete. For the E-Business Suite system to be considered complete we must have a valid SIOS database scan of the same machine, whether it should in fact find a database or not.

Troubleshooting

To troubleshoot this issue perform the following:

1. Verify that the latest version of the Snow Agent and scanner have been deployed on this computer. If not, run the upgrades. If the issue persists, continue troubleshooting.
2. Confirm that the prequisites have been met and all installation instructions followed (SIOS).
3. If you have not remedied the issue, please open a new case with Snow Support, providing the following information and observations you've collected during this troubleshooting:
• All relevant software versions (snowagent, sios, siohws, java, oracle db version and edition if known.)
• A snowpack with agent logging set to verbose.
• A snowpack that includes the data from all installed scanners.
