Oracle Verified data is listed as incomplete for the following reason(s):

• The processing of the inventoried data for E-Business Suite installations is not successfully executed according to the expectation

Explanation

In EBSInstallationRepository method TransferScanDataAsync the processing of the data failed. The SIOS scanner produces many json files relating to EBS as shown in the screenshot below. For this error to occur, it is likely that there is something unexpected in one or more of these json files.

Troubleshooting

To troubleshoot this issue perform the following:

1. Verify that the latest version of the Snow Agent and scanner has been deployed on this computer. If not, run the upgrades and if the issue persists, continue troubleshooting.
2. Confirm that the prequisites have been met and all installation instructions followed.  
3. If you have not remedied the issue, please open a new case with Snow Support, providing the following information and observations you've collected during this troubleshooting:
• All relevant software versions (Snow agent, SIOS, siohws, Java, Oracle db version and edition if known.)
• The latest Oracle Management Option and Oracle Verified Solution service logs found in Program Files\Snow Software\Logs.
• A snowpack with agent logging set to verbose.
• A snowpack that also includes the data from the scanners.
