- Create a support case and include the latest log from Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Services\OracleManagementOption on the SLM web server and a snowpack.
- See the following link for providing a snowpack that also includes the data from the SIOMS, SIJS and SIOHWS scanners.
