Explanation
This message indicates that the data in the ovs_orcl_vsession.json file could not be successfully processed"
It is likely that there is an issue with the data extracted by the scanner which means Support will need to review the data and logs in the snowpack. An example of the type of data that would be found in the ovs_orcl_vsession.json file is shown below.
Troubleshooting
To troubleshoot this issue perform the following:- First verify that the latest version of the Snow Agent and scanner have been deployed on this computer. If not, run the upgrades and if the issue persists, continue troubleshooting.
- If you have not remedied the issue, please open a new case with Snow Support , providing the following information and observations you've collected during this troubleshooting:
- the latest log from Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Services\OracleManagementOption on the SLM web server
- a snowpack (instructions here for providing a snowpack with data from SIOMS, SIJS and SIOHWS scanners)
