After following the KB article Snow Update service fails to start going to the View update history in SUS GUI, the Snow Product version shows incorrectly.
Please see the example below showing Snow License Manager (although this may also apply to Snow Inventory Server):
When following the steps in the KB article, you were asked to take a backup of your Snow Update Service (SUS) folder.
- Navigate to your copy / backup of the Snow Update Service folder.
- Copy the file called updateHistory.xml:
